Terms of Use

General Rules

• Creating an account requires registering with real information (first and last name).
• Each member is allowed one account only. Multiple registrations and the use of more than one account are not permitted.
• Promoting and seeking pirated software and music is prohibited.
• Misleading, defamatory, or inaccurate listings are prohibited, as is content that is slanderous, abusive, obscene, indecent, vulgar, hateful, threatening, pornographic in orientation, racial in character, or any other content subject to legal authority.
• Personal attacks of any kind, offensive comments, and rude or combative behavior between members are not permitted. Please conduct yourselves politely and with respect toward other members. Personal attacks, ridiculing of opinions, and generally rude behavior will not be tolerated.
• Text within images intended to promote the listing is not permitted.
• Listings with an advertising style are prohibited.

Listing Rules

• Each listing must correspond to a single product. Cases where this does not apply are:
  • Products sold as a set or bundles, such as a set of cymbals, for example.
  • Products that do not correspond to a brand/model, such as many vinyl records, for example.
• Publishing a product in more than one category is not permitted. Duplicate listings by the same user will be deleted.
• Capital letters, "greeklish," and characters such as ! # * are not permitted.
• Zero prices or €1 are not permitted. The price must correspond to the true selling price.
• The product's price must be entered only in the relevant field and not in the title.
• You do not need to state "For Sale" in the title.
• Do not use phrases such as "BARGAIN," "MUST GO," or "NEW PRICE." If you update the listing's price, the platform will notify automatically.
• Please do not mention the product category in the title. The category already exists in the listing since you select it during the new listing process. Example of incorrect titles that include the category: AmplifierBoss Katana 100 mk2… Correct title: Boss Katana 100 mk2
• "Wanted" ads must be posted in the "Wanted" section.

Correct Ad Title

A correct ad title includes the brand, the model, the year, and possibly the finish or the country of manufacture.

Example of a correct title:

• Smash Classic Telecaster 2000s NOS Sunburst

Instead of the finish, you can include the country of manufacture:

• Ibanez RG470 Made in Japan

Some examples of titles that are not permitted:

• For Sale
• Guitar
• BARGAIN PRICE!!
• MUST GO

Description

The description must describe the true condition of the product. The buyer must know what they will receive; if, for example, there are functional issues, this must be described. It would be good to include the product's history in the description.

Images and Video

Images and videos taken from the internet are prohibited. The images you upload must be authentic and give a complete picture of the product's condition.

• If the rules are not followed, ads are deleted without warning. In cases of repeated non-compliance, a ban follows.
• The administration has the right to delete ads that do not meet the basic listing conditions as stated in the above guidelines.
• The administration has the right to ban users who do not follow the rules.
• Refunds on paid listing packages are made exclusively in the case that the service was not activated at the time of order.
