Noiz is responsible for the collection, processing, and distribution of its content; however, it does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of the content, pages, services, or options provided on the website. Therefore, each user/visitor uses the services and information provided by the site at their own initiative and responsibility, assuming full responsibility for verifying such information.

Noiz is not responsible for transactions between users, nor does it undertake the resolution of disputes arising from misunderstandings between them.

Use of Noiz is governed by Greek, European (EU), and International Law, which are binding on each user, who is required to comply with them. Additionally, users must use the content and services of the site in accordance with applicable law, good morals, and these terms, and must refrain from any action that could infringe upon the dignity or personality of other visitors/users or disrupt the proper operation of the site.

The user accepts and acknowledges that the site may commercially exploit all data displayed on it.

Noiz reserves the right to cooperate with authorities in any case where content violates the law. The identity of advertisers or buyers may, for example, be determined through an Internet Service Provider (ISP).

Noiz reserves the right to use any legal means available as lawful defense against violations of these terms and conditions. Legal means include, but are not limited to, the right to restrict or block access to the site.

Security and Images

The user declares responsibly that the photographs uploaded to the website are their intellectual property and do not infringe and are free from any third-party rights. The site bears no responsibility for the content of these photographs or for any issue that may arise in relation to them.

Furthermore, the user undertakes to indemnify the site for any damage, including legal or other expenses, that the site may suffer due to claims by any third party arising in any way from the upload and display of these photographs.

All images are watermarked to prevent their use for other purposes without the prior consent of the advertiser.

The site reserves the right to edit the title of content for editorial reasons. It also reserves the right not to publish imagesthat are irrelevant to the content of the listing or that violate the site’s rules.

Advertising Liability

Noiz bears no responsibility whatsoever for the content of advertisements (of any category or form) posted on the site, nor for communication between users/members and third parties advertising on the site. Furthermore, the site is not liable for any issue arising from any form of commercial transaction concluded between a user/member and a third-party advertiser.

Payments

For the publication of featured listings on the site, payments are accepted via credit/debit card through Stripe or payment through PayPal.

A retail receipt will be sent to you via email upon completion of the purchase process. If you wish to review your account as a Member, please check the “History” section in your profile.

Personal Data

Noiz collects personal data when a visitor registers for its services.

As a member, you consent to the storage of the texts and information you submit in a database. This information will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent; however, the webmaster, administrator, or moderator bears no responsibility for their loss due to malicious users in the event of unauthorized access to the server.

Your email address is used solely for:

• verification of your registration details and password,

• sending a new password if you forget your current one,

• ensuring proper site operation,

• informing you about the listings you publish, and

• sending periodic newsletters, with the option to unsubscribe.

This system uses cookies, which are stored on your computer. These cookies contain no personal data and are used solely to improve your browsing experience on the site.

Right to Erasure

Each member has the right, in accordance with European legislation, to request the deletion of personal data concerning them when one of the following conditions applies, provided that processing is no longer necessary (e.g., where a financial transaction has occurred):

• The personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed.

• The member withdraws consent on which the processing is based pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) or Article 9(2)(a) of the GDPR, and there is no other legal ground for processing.

• The member objects to the processing pursuant to Article 21(1) of the GDPR and there are no overriding legitimate grounds, or objects pursuant to Article 21(2).

• The personal data have been unlawfully processed.

• The personal data must be erased to comply with a legal obligation under EU or Member State law to which the controller is subject.

• The personal data were collected in relation to the offer of information society services referred to in Article 8(1) of the GDPR.

If any of the above conditions apply and a member wishes to request the deletion of personal data stored by Noiz, they may do so at any time by selecting Delete in their profile. The administrator must ensure that the deletion request is promptly handled in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

On this page, select “Deletion Request” to request the removal of your personal data. Once submitted, your personal data will be deleted within 24 hours.
