For sale is an exceptional piece of American music history, a first generation (1st Gen) Peavey Fury made in 1983 in the USA. It is an instrument famous for its bulletproof construction and its special hi-fi sound, now considered a collector's item.
The bass is in very good condition, fully set up with low action and wearing brand new strings, ready for studio or live use. Technical Specs.
Body: Selected Poplar in a rare Metallic Blue / Frost Blue finish. Neck: Eastern Hard Rock Maple with patented Bi-Laminated construction for ultimate stability. Body: Maple, 21 frets, 8" radius. Magnet: Maple, 21 frets, 8" radius. Magnet: The legendary Super Ferrite (Slanted Single Coil). Offers awesome output, rich treble and punchy lows that "cut through" the mix.
