For sale Tanglewood TW-55 NS jumbo electro-acoustic guitar from the old Sundance Pro series. The guitar was bought new somewhere in 2002-2003 I don't remember exactly. It is in very good condition for its age. The top and fingerboard are in excellent condition. The keys are still ok, they have a light play on the gears but hold tuning well, they won't need changing anytime soon. There are some cosmetic marks (please see photos) made over the years, but nothing noticeable. As for the construction, it is handmade in England. The lid is solid spruce, the sides, back and neck are solid mahogany. The fingerboard and bridge I can't remember but they appear to be ebony, possibly painted rosewood. It has abalone inlays on the fingerboard. The finish is satin clear varnish. It has a Fishman Classic 4 piezo system that is fully functional and has a new battery. It is a favorite instrument but unfortunately it is now used very occasionally hence the sale. Hopefully someone will pick it up and enjoy it. It has a deep and mature sound as you would expect from its age. Hard to find a solid guitar of similar construction for this money today. It is not shipped, and has no case.
