For sale is the Audient iD44 mki, literally like new as I am taking care of my equipment to a compulsive degree... It is ideal for those who want a quality interface that can record 4 channels simultaneously, and offers the ability to expand for an additional 16 channels via ADAT. It also has 4 speaker outputs, 2 headphone outputs as well as two di JFET inputs that work very well with electric guitars and basses for direct recording. Also the first two channels have sends and returns serving to connect outboard equipment (preamps, compressors, fx etc.) Its preamps are based on the design of the company's large analog consoles and are very balanced, with a mild character that doesn't "color" too much, while offering plenty of gain for very "quiet" mics like the Shure SM7B or the Beyerdynamic m201tg. It also features the excellent Burr Brown converters that are crystal clear without being "harsh" and are usually found on much more expensive sound cards. It is being sold due to an equipment upgrade. It is given in excellent condition with its box and all accessories.
