The S540QM is an S series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 1997, it was produced in Japan by FujiGen.

The S540QM features a quilted maple top and back on a mahogany body bolted to a maple neck with a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard with binding and abalone oval position markers. Components include a Lo-Pro Edge double locking tremolo bridge, a locking nut, Ibanez Quantum pickups with a pair of humbuckers flanking a single-coil and Gotoh tuning machines

The S540QM was produced only in 1997.
