I’m selling this 38-year-old American Strat Plus in rare collector`s Lake Placid Blue finish from 1988. This model was the highest mass-produced series of that era. Names from Fender Custom Shop produced this series. Alder body, maple neck made by the Fender Masterbuilder Scott Buehl!- i must admit the neck is one of the best i had on the Plus series (radius 9,5``), 3x noiseless Lace sensor gold (same as on Clapton, Beck models), TBX pot (treble and bass expansion), locking tuners, Wilkinson roller nut was swapped by the original owner to another roller nut (the original Wilkinson nut was only for 9-42 strings…). A few cosmetic dings but nothing crazy for its years, set-up by my guitar tech, frets 10/10, truss rod is working well.
The guitar plays easily, tunes well and has a nice sparkly tone but also warmth… Original case, tremolo arm are included. For sale only. Shipping from the Czech Republic, insured and tracked via courier.
