Rare collectible German saxophone
Kohlert Winnenden Regent made around 1950-1960.
Kohlert was, together with Keilwehrt, one of the two leading German saxophone brands before and after WW2, producing solid excellent quality saxophones until 1977 when they ceased production.
In excellent condition for its age, it is being sold with its vintage original case and as shown in the photo has a wonderful graver on its bell.
This saxophone has a more modern mechanism similar to modern saxophones despite its age and with a repair would offer an excellent choice for beginners or advanced musicians
It needs a total restoration and a change of keyboards to be playable and is therefore being sold at a low price as a collector's item.
