We are interested in someone who: - really loves the instrument - has good communication and team spirit - has the technical ability for complex shapes, changes and high tempos (there are parts over 215 bpm) - has a sense of groove and dynamics There is room for creative participation in shaping the drum parts - we are not just interested in a performer.
