There were 3,000 pieces of the original Technics SL-1200GLD limited edition turntable manufactured worldwide.
It was released in 2004 to commemorate the sale of 3 million turntables.
The turntable was based on the M5G model.
It featured a piano black gloss finish with 24K gold-plated metal parts, including the tonearm.
